This home was leaking water through their carpet and drywall, so they gave us a call to waterproof a certain area in their finished basement. After we ripped the carpet out, tore out the drywall three feet high from the ground, installed our sump pump and drainage system, we then installed our EverLast wall paneling system. This system is great because after we cut out your drywall out to install our waterproofing system, we can then replace your drywall with this 100% moisture-proof paneling system. This way we don't leave you with a mess, and you don't have to worry about the wall growing mold in the most vulnerable areas! We also think it looks pretty, pretty, pretty good!
The stairs leading to the front door of this customers home was raised back to normalcy with our poly leveling services.
We installed our regular interior perimeter waterproofing system for this basement. Seen in the after picture is a TripleSafe sump pump equipped with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, fresh concrete poured over WaterGuard drains, and CleanSpace walls.
Our helical piers were installed in this house's foundation to save the house from sinking. The piers cause little disturbance and are concealed beneath the home!
These pool area slabs in Cincinnati, OH, had settled unevenly, resulting in a large lip to form just past the handrail in the before photo. In order to fix this tripping hazard, we had to inject PolyLevel foam underneath the slabs on this side of the pool to level everything out. We commonly see poolsides have troubling concrete issues because of soil washout. When water gets underneath the slabs it can cause the soil to get muddied, allowing the concrete to settle. A great aspect about PolyLevel is, unlike mudjacking slurry, PolyLevel is a closed-cell polyurethane foam that does not absorb water, and once it expands and cures, it maintains its shape and volume. The result was a happy homeowner who was relieved there are no longer any tripping hazards near their pool.
