This home had a stone foundation, which is commonly seen in Bellevue, KY. When we gave a free quote for our interior waterproofing system consisting of our WaterGuard subfloor drains and a SuperSump sump pump, we also suggested our CleanSpace vapor barrier to cover the stone walls. This particular stone foundation was leaking, which was causing stains and musty smells. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is the perfect wall solution for uneven surfaces, like seen here. CleanSpace has antimicrobial material infused into the 20 mil liner, which will help keep musty smells out. It also tucks into the subfloor drainage system, which helps channel wall leaks down into the concealed drainage system beneath the floor.

This porch and driveway disconnection had become an eyesore for the owner to look at, so they called us. We came out and proposed our PolyLevel solution, which the owners enjoyed very much. This basement was leaking water and was causing a moldy smell to leak above to the inhabitants of the home. We installed WaterGuard drainage, a TripleSafe sump pump, a Sedona Sani Dry Dehumidifier, and trench drains to stop the basement from leaking. We also installed CleanSpace walls to help cosmetically, as well as help drain water from the walls to the system.

This homeowner gave us a call because they suspected their existing sump pump was failing. They noticed it wasn't running as often as it normally should, and when they looked under the lid, the water line was above the activating switch. We replaced their old sump pump for them with our SuperSump sump pump. We also attached our UltraSump 4 battery backup system to the sump pump. The UltraSump pump goes fits in the sump liner, and is powered by a battery, (which is off to the right of the "after" picture). The UltraSump will turn on in case the main pump fails, or the power goes out. This homeowner won't have to worry about pump failures any longer thanks to the Basement Systems technologies.
