We first waterproofed the crawl space with drainage tile and a sump pump system. We then insulated the walls with our SilverGlo insulation panels, which reflect heat back into the space. Next, we sealed the crawl space by wrapping our white CleanSpace vapor barrier all across the floor and up the walls. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the sealed air conditioned. The homeowner immediately noticed that their home smelled and felt fresher after we installed the encapsulation system.
