We installed an egress window for this home in Cleves, OH, so that the homeowners can add a bedroom to their basement. In order to count a bedroom in a basement on a home listing, an egress window must be installed for safety purposes. Our RockWell egress well is super durable, beautiful, and allows natural light into the basement. 

In Cleves, OH, a homeowner had a sunken interior slab beneath their kitchen floor. The tiles had dropped just enough to leave a visible gap between the baseboard and the floor, making the room look unfinished and uneven. We injected PolyLevel foam directly through the grout lines between the tiles, gently raising the slab back into position. This closed the gap at the baseboard and restored a level, polished look to the kitchen floor. The process was minimally invasive, with no damage to the tile, and the entire project was completed in just a couple of hours.

This block wall foundation was leaking every time it rained for these homeowners in their basement. They called us to fix that. We installed a full interior perimeter basement waterproofing system consisting of WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery back up, and of course the BrightWall panels. The BrightWall panels not only look nice and cover the dirty walls, but they also help drain water to the WaterGuard beneath the floor. 

To repair this crawl space in Walton, KY, we waterproofed it, encapsulated it, lifted it, insulated it, and dehumidified it. The waterproofing, encapsulating, and dehumidifying processes in the crawl space will make sure it stays bone dry year round. We used our expansive foam called PolyLevel to raise some concrete slabs in Greenville, Ohio. The old slabs would often collect mulch and soil, making it a hassle for the homeowner. We raised the sidewalk to be an inch or two higher than the grade of the mulch. The homeowner is very happy that they don't have to spend so much time sweeping their sidewalk any longer.
