The owner of this crawl space called us regarding "dampness and smells" in their crawl space. We sent one of our certified inspectors to help them come up with a plan to stop the moisture issues they were experiencing with their crawl space. We installed our system consisting of perforated drain pipes, a SmartSump sump pump with an Ultra Sump 4 battery backup, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, drainage matting, CleanSpace lining, and SilverGlo insulation panels. 

This homeowner's garage was very moldy and leaked often. With plans of remodeling ir, they knew they had to waterproof their garage once and for all. This house in Newport, Kentucky was in need of a proper waterproofing job. One of our inspectors drew up a plan that included a TripleSafe pump, WaterGuard subfloor drains, CleanSpace walls, and to top it all off, we included a water drainage system around the water heater in case the heater were to leak. The basement is now safe from moisture and leaks, and has a cleaner look and feel thanks to the CleanSpace walls.
