Foundation Repair in Ft Mitchell, Kentucky

This home in Ft Mitchell, KY, had a settling foundation, which was causing the home's brick exterior to crack. As you can see from the before picture, the biggest crack in the home started from the bottom right corner of the window, and in a stair-like pattern, expanded all the way down to the bottom right corner of the brick wall. The homeowner also noted that the window was shut tight as a result of the settling. This problem is super common for settling homes, mainly because windows and doors are often times the weakest part in the wall, causing them to be the first to show signs of settlement. This is also why the crack had spread in a stair-step like pattern, as the mortar between the brick is also the structurally weakest point in a wall. We ended up underpinning the foundation with our helical piers, which allowed us to lift the foundation back up. This process helped close the cracks, and it even made the window useable again. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome.

Egress Window Installation in Fairfield, Ohio

This homeowner wanted an egress window because they had a room in the basement that they wanted to count as a bedroom on a home appraisal. We installed a RockWell egress, which look natural, is sturdy, and provides a great amount of natural sunlight.

Slab Jacking in Fairfield, Ohio

This concrete driveway apron in Fairfield, OH, had sunken into the ground, creating an awkward gap between the sidewalk and driveway. We jacked the two sunken slabs using our PolyLevel foam, which was able to resurface the driveway apron. After everything was leveled out, we then sealed the mortar joints with our NexusPro sealant to give the concrete a boost in appeal & protection. Tripping hazard gone!

Concrete Leveling in Hamilton, OH

This driveway in Hamilton, OH, settled into the dirt. This process happened over time, and it caused a large gap to appear between the garage floor and the driveway slabs. Not only was this gap unsightly, but it was also dangerous to walk over. We used our PolyLevel foam jacking method to even out all the slabs in the driveway, restoring the grade back to where it was poured originally. Homeowners love our PolyLevel foam for how minimally disturbing it is to their bank accounts, their property, and their time.

Basement Waterproofing Company in Covington, KY

We recently completed a waterproofing project in an older home out in Covington, Kentucky. Before our project, the basement would practically flood anytime it rained. The owners grew tired of having to vacuum the water out each time it rained, so they decided to take care of it once and for all. It was a very prototypical waterproof job for us that required our WaterGuard subfloor drains, a Super Sump Plus sump pump, an Ultra Sump 4 battery backup system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This new system replaced their outdated existing exterior waterproofing system. After installation, the owners had no problem with rain and they can now focus on other better things to do with their time instead of constantly cleaning water out of their basement.
