This concrete driveway apron in Fairfield, OH, had sunken into the ground, creating an awkward gap between the sidewalk and driveway. We jacked the two sunken slabs using our PolyLevel foam, which was able to resurface the driveway apron. After everything was leveled out, we then sealed the mortar joints with our NexusPro sealant to give the concrete a boost in appeal & protection. Tripping hazard gone!

This driveway in Hamilton, OH, had sunken a couple inches down and away from the garage floor, making for a bumpy car ride. This homeowner wanted to get this fixed before the winter, when they really utilize their garage space. We carefully lifted the two adjacent concrete slabs to the garage door to seal them back together. By drilling pea-sized holes in the slabs near the garage door side, and then injecting the slabs with our PolyLevel foam, we were able to successfully resurface the driveway. We then sealed the joint across the garage opening with our NexusPro sealant, which will keep water from infiltrating underneath the slabs. The homeowner was relieved they can use their garage again immediately. 

We recently had a project on an older home out in Covington, Kentucky. The basement was constantly flooding anytime it rained. The owners were tired of having to vacuum the water out each time it rained, so they decided to take care of it once and for all. It was a very prototypical waterproof job for us that required WaterGuard, a Super Sump Plus, an Ultra Sump 4, and a SaniDry Sedona. We also installed a trench drain, a guard around the water heater, and a CleanSpace wall. We used two sumps for this job considering how much rain this basement receives and how susceptible it is to leaking. After installation, the owners had no problem with rain and they can now focus on other better things to do with their time instead of constantly cleaning water out of their basement. 

This wet, dingy crawl space in Versailles, OH, was more than due for an upgrade. Their existing waterproofing system had footer drains on the outside of the foundation, which eventually clogged. They also had a sump pump system that was completely outdated. Lastly, they had no vapor barrier system, which was allowing moisture to run rampant in the space. We first replaced the waterproofing system with interior drains and our SmartSump sump pump. We then encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and our SilverGlo insulation panels. The homeowner was very impressed with the outcome.

This home in Cincinnati, OH, had a settling foundation that was resulting in cracks. The before picture shows our piers attached underneath the footing of the foundation, but not yet lifted. The after shows the closed gap after we lifted the footers with our hydraulic device. If you look really closely, you can even notice the change in the angle of the structure. Gone be sticky windows and doors!
