We installed CleanSpace Encapsulation System and SmartJack Floor Support system for a homeowner in Wilmington, Ohio.  The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white plastic liner that is similar to a pool liner.  It is attached to the walls and floor of the crawl space to provide a moisture-proof barrier between the ground and the crawl space.  The SmartJack Floor Support System is used to support and raise a sagging floor.

A customer called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati regarding having the crawl space of their tri-level home inspected.  We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System for the homeowner.  Look at the difference it has made.  Not only will it look better, but it is also easier to access, and this will make the home healthier and more comfortable.  

We used the PolyLevel Injection System to raise a concrete slab in Wilmington, Ohio.  Over time, the ground under a concrete slab can compress or wash away causing the slab to sink.  This can also create a tripping hazard.  The PolyLevel Injection System can be used quickly, with little mess, and will be ready to be used again very soon. 

This crawlspace was sinking and it was leaving the floor boards saggy. To fix this and stop the foundation from moving any further, we installed helical piers under the crawlspace. The piers were also able to raise the house back to normality. 

Homeowner noticed water coming in through the floor of the basement every time it rained.  Our team installed a TripleSafe Sump System and added a WaterGuard piping system to help keep the water away.
