The owner of this crawl space called us regarding "dampness and smells" in their crawl space. We sent one of our certified inspectors to help them come up with a plan to stop the moisture issues they were experiencing with their crawl space. We installed our system consisting of perforated drain pipes, a SmartSump sump pump with an Ultra Sump 4 battery backup, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, drainage matting, CleanSpace lining, and SilverGlo insulation panels.

Once on site, our team cleaned out the crawl space, sealed off all outside air vents, and installed a heavy-duty vapor barrier along the floor and walls. We also added a dehumidifier to help maintain a dry, stable environment year-round.

This poured foundation wall in the basement was leaking water due to built up hydrostatic pressure from the outside. We Begun to fix this problem by applying a flexible sealant along the leaking crack. Then, we placed a strip of flexible, porous foam over the sealant. Finally, we attached an impermeable membrane to the wall. This setup ensures that any future water seepage through the crack is directed discreetly into the drainage system below. The result was a happy customer who could finally finish their basement wall once again. 

This homeowner's garage was very moldy and leaked often. With plans of remodeling ir, they knew they had to waterproof their garage once and for all. Their driveway was a high traffic area for their family, which contained young children and elderly adults. Not wanting to risk anyone from tripping on the concrete, the homeowners gave us a call. We were able to inject poly and lift the concrete slabs back to an even level.
