The soil underneath this concrete pool area in Mason, OH, had washed away, causing the slabs surrounding the pool to crack and sink. To lift and stabilize the concrete, we injected the slabs with our PolyLevel foam. As the foam expanded underneath the ground, it filled all the voids and crevices that the problematic soil left behind. Because the foam is lightweight, it was able to lift the sunken areas of the concrete as well. After stabilizing the area and evening out all the slabs, our crew then sealed all the cracks and joints in the concrete area with our NexusPro joint sealant. NexusPro is a high performance, silicone based joint sealant designed to protect concrete from water intrusion. Unlike standard polyurethane caulks or sealants, it stays flexible throughout temperature changes, intense sun exposure, and moisture. Now that we lifted and sealed this pool deck with our foam jacking and silicone sealing, the homeowner can look forward to throwing more pool parties without the threat of a guest tripping over their cracked concrete. 

The corner of this basement in Mason, OH, had two leaky windows and a leaky cove joint. To stop water from coming in through the window wells and the floor-wall joint, we installed our french drain system in the floor and connected two window well ducts together. Our well ducts feature a grated drain at the bottom of the window well that channels water from outside directly into our interior subfloor drainage system. This helps prevent water from collecting in the window well and gives it a controlled path into the drainage system.These drains all lead to a new sump pump that we installed as well, which replaced their old sump system. Lastly, we covered the stained walls with our BriteWall paneling system to ensure a dry, clean look to the basement.

The driveway for this home was sinking into the ground and was causing problems for the owner whenever they pulled in and out of their garage. We were able to lift it with Polylevel and make the driveway a lot more smooth.
