Sump Pumps Before & After Photos

This homeowner gave us a call because they suspected their existing sump pump was failing. They noticed it wasn't running as often as it normally should, and when they looked under the lid, the water line was above the activating switch. We replaced their old sump pump for them with our SuperSump sump pump. We also attached our UltraSump 4 battery backup system to the sump pump. The UltraSump pump goes fits in the sump liner, and is powered by a battery, (which is off to the right of the "after" picture). The UltraSump will turn on in case the main pump fails, or the power goes out. This homeowner won't have to worry about pump failures any longer thanks to the Basement Systems technologies. 

Seen in the before picture are some slight water stains on the concrete walls in this Liberty Township basement. In the after picture you can see the TripleSafe sump pump attached with an UltraSump 4 battery back, as well as fresh concrete floated over the subfloor WaterGuard drains. This customers sump pump that they purchased through one of our competitors was not up to standard. We were glad to help them out and switch the old pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pumps. Their sump pump transformed from a liability to a dependability. 

This homeowner called us for help because their sump pump was constantly running, but seemingly not pumping any water out. We sent one of our inspectors out for free to give a diagnosis. Our inspector confirmed that their pump had a corroded switch and was wasting energy like crazy. The homeowner told us that the company who installed it was bought out, and so no one could repair it for him. After explaining that we have been in business for over thirty-eight years and that our sump pumps are top tier, the homeowner wanted one of our sump pumps. We replaced their old sump pump with one of ours, and the homeowner was very happy to know that they can depend on us for the future. 

This homeowner in Bellbrook, OH, was in need of a sump pump upgrade because their current sump pump could not keep up with the amount of water their foundation was receiving. Their existing exterior french drain system was still working, but the sump pump couldn't keep up with it. We replaced their sump pump with our premier TripleSafe sump pump system. As the name implies, the Triple safe comes with three pumps: The primary is a Zoeller 1/3 HP, the secondary is a Zoeller 1/2 HP pump, and the tertiary pump is our UltraSump battery backed system. The battery backed system, (which turns on in case of power outage or if the first two pumps are overpowered) can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge by itself. The TripleSafe also has a proprietary airtight lid, which contains an airtight floor drain and an alarm system.
