This homeowner needed a new waterproofing system along their back wall because their footer drains had clogged and their sump pump system was outdated. After installing our interior WaterGuard subfloor drains and our BriteWall panels along the back wall, we then got started on replacing their sump pump. Their existing sump pump system had an open croc pit, allowing moisture to run rampant in their basement, causing musty smells throughout the home. Their old sump pump system also seemingly powered on at random, and was very loud. We replaced their symp pump with our TripleSafe sump pump, which is much quieter, has an airtight lid, and has a much more reliable switch to conserve energy. It is also our most reliable system, as it contains three different pumps, including a battery power pump, inside the liner. The homeowner was very relieved after the job was complete, knowing they don't have to run to the basement every time it rains to make sure their sump pump is working correctly. The homeowner was also relieved to know they can give us a call in the future to transform their partial system into a full system, if they ever noticed signs of moisture in the other parts of the basement.
This homeowner in Walton, KY, was having trouble with their current waterproofing system. When replacing their system, we made sure to give their sump pump an upgrade as well. Seen in the after picture is our TripleSafe sump pump, our most secure system. It comes with three different pumps, including a battery backed one that will provide power to the system in case of power failure. The air-tight lid comes with a nifty alarm system and an airtight floor drain.
This homeowner in Lewisburg, OH, wanted their sump pump replaced, as it was not performing to the expectations of the homeowner. It's open pit was allowing moisture to seep back into the basement, and it was constantly running. We replaced their inefficient sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump system. Our TripleSafe comes with a battery backup system, seen to the right of the pump in the after photo. The TripleSafe also has three pumps, two discharge lines, a moisture proof lid, and an alarm system. The TripleSafe will do a much better job at keeping water away from this home, all while being way more energy efficient.
After seeing our commercial on TV, this homeowner realized that he was experiencing some of the problems shown in the advertisement. He had a 115 year old home with a stone foundation that leaked, so we got to waterproofing it. We installed a full perimeter interior waterproofing solution with our subfloor drainage system and a sump pump. The icing on the cake though, is our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. This vapor barrier tucks into our WaterGuard system, allowing us to drain moisture behind the uneven stone wall.
This homeowner gave us a call because they suspected their existing sump pump was failing. They noticed it wasn't running as often as it normally should, and when they looked under the lid, the water line was above the activating switch. We replaced their old sump pump for them with our SuperSump sump pump. We also attached our UltraSump 4 battery backup system to the sump pump. The UltraSump pump goes fits in the sump liner, and is powered by a battery, (which is off to the right of the "after" picture). The UltraSump will turn on in case the main pump fails, or the power goes out. This homeowner won't have to worry about pump failures any longer thanks to the Basement Systems technologies.
