This Bethel, OH home had major issues with water intrusion, sagging floors, and a failing foundation wall. The basement showed a wet floor, an outdated sump pump, and a wall beginning to bow inward. To solve these problems, we installed a full waterproofing and stabilization system: a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard along the floor, and a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the space dry and healthy. Two PowerBrace beams were added to reinforce the caving wall, while SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the sagging floors and support failing lally columns.
