This basement in Falmouth, KY had a cracked, bowing wall that was also leaking water during heavy rains. To stop the movement and protect the home from moisture damage, we installed CarbonArmor® straps to stabilize the wall and prevent further bowing.
To handle water intrusion, we added a full-perimeter WaterGuard® drainage system beneath the floor, directing water to a new SuperSump® Plus pump system. We also installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity and improve air quality.
