This homeowner was going to sell their home, but the home was showing signs of settlement. In order to be able to sell their home, they needed us to stabilize the foundation first. We quickly devised a plan to underpin the home with seven helical piers, and got started as quickly as we could. After digging a trench, drilling our piers into load-bearing strata, transfering the weight of the home to the load-bearing soil, lifting the home carefully, and backfilling the trench with soil, the job was complete. We planned to install seven piers wrapped around this wall and off to the right near the deck. Unfortunately, part of the deck needed to be removed, but the homeowner was more than willing to do what was needed to stop the home from sinking.

Here you can see the piers once they are attached to the bottom of the footing. After we drilled them down into bedrock, we then latch them up onto the footing of the home to effectively transfer the weight.
