Basement Repair Company in Cincinnati, OH

This basement was in a pretty rough shape before we made our repairs on it in Cincinnati, OH. As seen in the attached before photo, the walls were bowing in, the paint/sealant was chipping away, and the basement leaked heavily over the floor and up the cracks in the walls. Something you can't see with your eyes though, was the smell, but we're sure those who have been in basements like this can imagine. To repair the basement, we first waterproofed the entire basement perimeter by installing our subfloor drains in the cove joints, wrapping the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and installing a sump pump. Next, we braced the foundation to stop the walls from bowing in. This project will now allow the homeowner to stop worrying about the space below their home, and will even allow the homeowner to do whatever they please with the space.
