Foundation Repair Products Before & After Photos

This home had a horizontal crack in the foundation wall from settling issues. We used a helical pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation. If you look at the blue tape on the before picture, you can see the gap in the wall. In the after photo, you can see that the gap is gone.  

This homeowner was having problems with their chimney sinking away from the home. Often times, chimneys have their own foundation and are very heavy, making them sink into the ground. We installed helical piers at the base of the chimney, and raised the base back to where it originally was installed.
