This home in Verona, KY, had a crack sprawling from the top corner of the door frame up to the roof. This crack was a sure sign of settling, and was cause for us to install our pier system. By underpinning the foundation with our helical pier system, we were able to stabilize and lift the footing of the home, helping close the crack. This pier system is backed by our lifetime warranty that the structure will never move vertically again.
Hydrostatic pressure was putting an incredible amount of strain on this basement in Florence, KY. Just one cubic foot of water weighs about 60 pounds, which means thousands of pounds of force can be pushing inward against your foundation at any given time. That was the case for this basement in Florence, KY, where built-up groundwater around the foundation led to cracks, leaks, and bowing walls. This specific wall in the basement was in an advanced stage of failure, shown by the visible shearing along the bottom section in the before photo, (Click here to see a short video on our youtube channel that explains how wall shearing occurs). To address the problem, we installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system to relieve the water pressure, paired with our PowerBrace wall repair system to stabilize and gradually straighten the walls. To finish, we added our BrightWall paneling system, which not only channels wall leaks into the drainage system but also provides a clean, bright appearance.

This foundation in Fairfield, Ohio, had a large horizontal crack running across one of the basement walls: A clear sign of inward bowing caused by soil pressure. The homeowner wanted to address both the structural issue and the occasional water seepage that had started appearing along the floor.
To stabilize the foundation, we installed our PowerBrace™ system, a set of zinc-coated steel I-beams that are anchored to the floor and joists to permanently support the wall and even allow for gradual straightening over time.
Along the perimeter, we installed our WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system, which captures water at the footing level and directs it to a sump pump before it can reach the basement floor. While not visible in the photos, we also added a SuperSump® system, known for its high-capacity performance and clean, sealed design. This basement is now structurally sound, dry, and ready for long-term peace of mind.
This home had a horizontal crack in the foundation wall from settling issues. We used a helical pier system to stabilize and lift the foundation. If you look at the blue tape on the before picture, you can see the gap in the wall. In the after photo, you can see that the gap is gone.
This basement wall in Owensville, OH, had started to bow inward due to hydrostatic pressure pushing against it from the outside soil. The movement was beginning to cause cracks and visible staining along the surface. To permanently stabilize the wall, we installed our PowerBrace Wall Repair System, which uses heavy-duty steel beams to support and gradually straighten the wall over time. We also finished the project by installing BrightWall panels behind the PowerBraces to cover the stained concrete, giving the basement a clean, bright appearance while protecting it from future moisture issues.
