Crawl Space Repair in Brookville, Ohio

The builder of the home told them there was a vapor barrier beneath the pea gravel in the floor of the crawl space, so the homeowner was confused as to why it still smelled so bad. Our Inspector dug through the pea gravel to find the vapor barrier covered in water.
