Crawl Space Encapsulation in Hamersville, OH

This crawl space in Hamersville, OH, had turned into a jungle over time due to excess moisture. This moisture had caused a lot of the wooden framing to become soft, the fiberglass insulation to become ineffective, the lally columns to rust, moldy air to seep into the rest of the home, etc, etc... We fixed these problems for the future by encapsulating the crawl space to stop the main culprit for all these problems, moisture. We also tore out all the fiberglass and installed our SilverGlo insulation along the block walls and sprayed foam insulation along the rim joists. We also helped the failing lally columns out by installing our SmartJack post system underneath the main beam in the crawl space.
