Kevin Brandenburg and Keith Hughett from The Basement Doctor Cincinnati did an awesome job working on my driveway today. On-time, called ahead to give me an ETA. The company stayed in touch with me even prior to the repair work done today as well from their office. The guys were friendly, neat, and professional. They were a great team working together and they completed all the work quickly. They provided information on when I could paint/stain the driveway. Plus just look how level the driveway is now on entering the garage in the photos below. That use to be at least a 4 in or more difference or drop off coming out of the garage. I would highly recommend the two workers that came out today as well as the company. I plan on having them back when it's time to seal the driveway again to prolong the life of the concrete. Way to go guys!!! Awesome job!!!

Kevin Brandenburg and Andrew Quinlisk were the crew working on my driveway. First off they arrived on time on a Monday no less. They took the time to tell me what they were going to do and how long. Kevin made a couple of decisions that made the work all that much better. The clean-up was better than when they started. The driveway turned out much better than I thought it would. I need some work on my pool deck and when the time comes to do it I hope it's Kevin and Andrew.

I had the Basement Doctor provide both foundation and concrete services on my property. Both teams were very professional and gave me an ETA before arriving.  The concrete crew (Kevin and Keith) were genuinely engaging and informative. They will answer any question and were very professional.  Roger (my salesman) was also very professional. He made me completely confident in my decision to do business with the Basement Doctor, and the crews confirmed that it was the right choice after they did such a fantastic job.  If I have to have any more work done on my home I will definitely call the Basement Doctor.  I was very impressed.   

We recently hired The Basement Doctor to raise a slab in our master bedroom and master bath. Our sales rep, Matt was knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were able to schedule to have the work done in a reasonable time frame. Their crew was friendly and professional. Kevin was our foreman and Andrew was his assistant. They were experienced and focused. We were satisfied with the work done. After cleaning up they were on their way. I would recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Andrew H and Jared showed up to lift a concrete slab in my breezeway. I watched these guys do their work and felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing, they were both professional and patient with their craft. The slab is where it's supposed to be and I would highly recommend the basement doctor along with Andrew and Jared if you are in need of concrete repair.

Kevin B and Andrew Q from Basement Doctor did a excellent job lifting the slab under our Blanchester, OH warehouse. I was shocked by how quickly and cleanly they worked. I didn't have to empty bookshelves or move desks. Polite, professional, and Covid compliant without having to ask. I am very happy that I chose Basement Doctor!

Kevin and Andrew were great! We had to have our sidewalk lifted to the proper height to our porch, to decrease the height of our step. They were very meticulous. Great to have quality work done with no issues!!!

Andrew and Jared arrived early. They were very friendly, professional and kept everything cleaned up along the way! We also very much appreciated Debbie calling us with reminders since we scheduled for now late last fall, and to Donni for getting us started. Now, we don't have to worry anymore about a section of our patio crawling down our hilly backyard!

We decided to have our driveway leveled due to the high cost of replacement. They came out did an estimate which was a fraction of the cost of replacing it, we scheduled the appointment and they sent two of the most polite and professional gentlemen out that I have worked with in a long time. It seemed they never took a breath till the job was done then took the time to explain everything step they had taken to get there. The drive and sidewalk are now level and seams sealed to prevent this from happening again. Highly recommend the company and I am sure they have other great team members but I would request Andrew and William as I know they will give you the extra effort and do an amazing job.

Drew, Levi, and Keith came out and fixed my sinking driveway then caulked and sanded the joints in the concrete.
