Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

The step leading up to the front porch on this Bellbrook, OH, home sunk into the ground. The slab had sloped down towards the left side of the home, and had gradually became quite the eye sore. We injected the step and the sidewalk with our PolyLevel foam to lift the slabs back to where they were originally. We then sealed the joints and gaps with our NexusPro sealant. The homeowners were very pleased with the outcome, and noted how quick & easy the repair process was.

This home had a walkway that was sinking into the ground. We pumped under the concrete with PolyLevel foam in order to raise the concrete back to health. You can notice how the concrete lifted about 3-4 inches.

This homeowners driveway had some settling issues where the separate concrete slabs started to sink into the ground at different levels. We carefully injected calculated amounts of PolyLevel foam underneath the slabs, which filled the voids under them and raised them out very evenly. We then sealed the gaps in the concrete with our NexusPro caulking.  The homeowners were very happy with the process and the final result.
