This foundation was poured, which is commonly found in Maineville, OH. Poured foundations commonly leak at the coves, (where the floor meets the wall) causing musty smells and stains. We installed our interior perimeter waterproofing system in order to keep this basement dry. We first dug trenches in the floor around the perimeter of the basement to install our WaterGuard subfloor drains. We then installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest graded part of the basement so that we can use gravity to channel the leaks caught by our drainage system down to the sump pump. This project left the homeowners feeling happy, knowing that they can now safely store valuables in their basement, and maybe even throw down some nice carpet. Check out the photos to learn more!

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe is our most secure sump pump system. It comes with three different pumps inside its large liner, including one pump that is backed by a battery system in case the power goes out. It also has an air-tight lid and an alarm system.

Water leaks had left stains on the concrete floor, but now that we have installed our system, the homeowners can cover the floors with carpet!

Service Port

One of the major benefits of having an interior system is that it can be serviced without any excavation.
