The TripleSafe Sump Pump System
The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system, including a pump that is backed by a battery backup system - in case of power outages. You can also see why we had to brace this section of the basement, with all the stair-step cracking.
Bowed Wall Repair
This basement wall needed these PowerBraces installed. The big horizontal crack in the middle of the wall was a tell-tale sign of structural failure. In fact, the electrical lines and other utility lines were close to breaking with the wall!
Steel Support Beams
Our PowerBraces are coated with zinc, which prevents rusting. They can also be tightened to try and straighten the walls back out over time.

Our WaterGuard drains and PowerBraces have been installed along this basement wall.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System
Our subfloor drains have been installed around the perimeter of the foundation walls to intercept the water before it seeps into the basement. They also come with a tiny wall flange to capture wall leaks that drip down the side of the wall.
IceGuard Outlets
These white outlets with holes in them protect the lines from flooding due to a clogged or frozen discharge line.
Discharge Line
Our pop-up outlet was installed at the end of this line. We also tried to preserve the sod when digging this line, which homeowners appreciate.
