Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Tipp City, OH

We encapsulated this crawl space in Tipp City, OH, to transform the foundation to a clean, dry, and secure space. We used 1,440 square feet of our CleanSpace vapor barrier product to seal the foundation from the floor and up the walls. We also insulated the exterior walls by wrapping them with our SilverGlo panels from the interior. Lastly, we installed our dehumidification system to ensure the sealed air stays dry below the home. Installation Process

This photo was snapped halfway through the installation process. By this point, we had wrapped the walls with our SilverGlo panels and we had rolled our drainage matting plastic across the floor. Be sure to scroll to the next photo to see how we wrapped the space with our vapor barrier.

Vapor Barrier

This photo shows the CleanSpace vapor barrier we sprawled across the floor and up the walls. It was then sealed with tape. Our dehumdifier was installed in this corner of the crawl space as well.
