Instead of trying to seal the wall, (which would avoid the real issue) we instead installed our WellDuct drains to invite outside water into our drainage system.
Waterproofing in Mason, OH
Our well drains channel down into our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system, which is concealed beneath the floor around the perimeter of the basement. Near the right side of this photo is where we also installed a new sump pump.
Sump Pump in Mason, OH
This is our TripleSafe sump pump system, which will discharge all the water the drains channel. This system comes with three pumps inside its liner, including one that is equipped with a battery backup system in case of emergency.
French Drains in Mason, OH
We ran our subfloor drains around the corner of the foundation so we could install the sump pump in the utility room. Our subfloor drains are relatively easy to install, and as you can see, we only needed to remove the drywall about 18 inches high and the studs about a foot high from the floor in order to install them.
