Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Warsaw, KY

This basement in Warsaw, KY, was leaking around the foundation. To remedy the issue, we installed our patented WaterGuard subfloor french drains in the floor around the perimeter of the basement. We then graded the drains to slope down towards the new SuperSump sump pump we installed as well. Lastly, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier a few feet up from the floor along the foundation walls. We also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to further help keep moisture away from the finished basement.

Our french drains were wrapped through a partition wall to secure this side of the basement. The drainage system underneath the fresh concrete was pitched towards the sump pump, as seen in the next photo.

Our SuperSump sump pump was installed in the corner of the basement. The discharge line was plumbed up and out of the home, as seen in the next photo. This sump lid has an airtight lid, an airtight floor drain, and an alarm system.
