Our WaterGuard subfloor drains were installed underneath the floor around the perimeter of the basement. We covered them up with a fresh concrete layer to keep them concealed. We also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to further help keep moisture away from the finished basement.
Interior French Drains in Warsaw, KY
Our french drains were wrapped through a partition wall to secure this side of the basement. The drainage system underneath the fresh concrete was pitched towards the sump pump, as seen in the next photo.

Our SuperSump sump pump was installed in the corner of the basement. The discharge line was plumbed up and out of the home, as seen in the next photo. This sump lid has an airtight lid, an airtight floor drain, and an alarm system.
