A customer called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati regarding having the crawl space of their tri-level home inspected. We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System for the homeowner. Look at the difference it has made. Not only will it look better, but it is also easier to access, and this will make the home healthier and more comfortable.
We installed a CleanSpace liner in this Clifton, Ohio crawl space. The CleanSpace encapsulation system is a 20 mil-thick-liner that is designed for flexibility, puncture resistance, and tear resistance.
We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System in Xenia, Ohio. The crawl space had some pink fiberglass insulation that had started to fall down, and there was no vapor barrier installed. A vapor barrier is important to keep moisture from entering the crawl space. Moisture in a crawl space can cause mold, musty odors, and wood rot.
This finished basement had an issue with water seeping in on the basement floor, soaking the carpet. We installed WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System to resolve this problem for the homeowner. Now, the homeowner can finish the basement without worries of water seeping in on the carpet.
A Liberty Township homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement through cracks in the walls. We installed FlexiSpan Crack Repair System to the wall. FlexiSpan offers three layers of protection, a sealant, a foam strip, and a sealant overlay. This will protect the homeowner from any water leaking through those cracks in the basement.
A Cincinnati homeowner was having problems with moisture and a musty odor in the crawl space. We installed CleanSpace Encapsulation System and SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation to resolve this problem for the homeowner. Also installed for this project is CleanSpace Drainage Matting and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
In the before photo, you can see there is a white plastic vapor barrier but there is no vapor barrier on the walls or insulation on the walls. The CleanSpace Liner will provide a mold and vapor-proof barrier and the SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation will reflect heat back into the crawl space. This will help to keep the floors upstairs warmer and lower heating costs for the homeowner.
We installed the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System for a homeowner in Versailles, Ohio who was having problems with water seeping into the basement through the walls and the floor.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that is installed along the foundation walls to collect the water that seeps in and will drain the water into a sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.
In the photos, you can see that the water was seeping into the basement floor and making it impossible for the homeowner to be able to use the space. The WaterGuard that was installed along the wall will now collect this water and drain it into the sump pump system and will keep the floor dry for the homeowner.
