The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati Before & After Photos

We used our Polylevel injections to level out these driveway slabs for a homeowner in Mason, Ohio. Tripping hazards be gone!

This part of the basement seen in the attached photos was wet and leaky before we cleaned it up. We installed our WaterGuard subfloor drainage system in this area in order to channel water to the SuperSump sump pump, as seen in the after photo. We also wrapped this entire basement with our CleanSpace vapor barrier in order to brighten the area and keep it smelling fresh. 

This home in Wyoming, Ohio was experiencing some issues with settling. The customer specifically noted their floors were sloping throughout the house, and they had a crawl space that was 2 feet high. We were able to stabilize this sinking foundation by installing a system of helical piers along the side of the home that was sinking. As you can see, the footing on this home was probably not deep enough to prevent settling. Either way, we were able to combat this problem by ensuring our piers were attached correctly to the foundation, driven into load-bearing strata, and we even lifted the home a little bit with our hydraulic system. You can see the hydraulic system in the before picture by looking at the attached red and blue hoses. We were able to straighten out the floors in the home and were able to ensure the home won't settle any more. 

When we installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system for this old foundation in Cincinnati, OH, we also wrapped all of the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is the perfect solution for moisture control in older homes with uneven stone foundations. CleanSpace is a reinforced polyethylene liner infused with UltraFresh antimicrobial to resist mold and bacteria growth. It also completely transforms the look of an older basement.
