Soil was washing out from underneath parts of this driveway due to its situation on the hillside. We injected PolyLevel foam under the concrete slabs to raise them and keep them there. We also sealed the slab joints with NexusPro sealant, which is highly weatherproof.

In Monroe, OH, this homeowner’s front sidewalk had settled unevenly over time, creating a tripping hazard on the walkway leading up to the porch. Using PolyLevel®, we carefully lifted the sunken sidewalk slabs back into place, eliminating the uneven steps. To finish the job, we sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro®, helping to prevent future damage and keeping water from washing out the soil underneath. This basement wall was cracked, bowing, and allowing water to leak through during heavy rains. The moisture and movement were only getting worse, and the homeowners knew it was time to act before the damage got more severe.

We stabilized the wall using CarbonArmor straps and addressed the water intrusion with a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system (concealed below the floor). We also installed a SuperSump Plus pump system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the space dry and protected long-term.

This basement was falling apart in Butler, KY, due to hydrostatic pressure built up in the soil outside the foundation. The saturated soil was pressing inwards on the basement, causing the walls to bow, crack, and leak. We started by installing our interior perimeter waterproofing system in the basement. Our WaterGuard subfloor drains wrap around the basement and sit just above the footing of the home. We pitched the drains to our SuperSump sump pump, which replaced the old sump pump, (notice how our sump has an air-tight lid instead of the open sump pit seen before). To finish the waterproofing system, we installed our BrightWall panels, which come with a vapor barrier backside, and will help channel wall leaks down into the subfloor system. After waterproofing, we made sure to stabilize the walls by installing our PowerBraces. These steel beams will hold up the walls, and may even be able to straighten them out overtime. The final transformation made the homeowners very happy that they gave us a call to do the job.
