This crawl space in Milford, OH was transformed into a clean, dry, and energy-efficient space. We installed CleanSpace vapor barrier across the walls and floor, added SilverGlo insulation for improved thermal performance, and included drainage perf pipes to direct groundwater toward the SmartSump system. This crawl space was musty, wet, and dirty before we transformed it. We first had to remove all the musty fiberglass and the moldy plastic flooring before we could start.

After ripping out all the moldy debris, we then waterproofed the crawl space by wrapping the perimeter with perforated drainage tile. We then covered the walls with our SilverGlo insulation panels, and then sealed the entire space with our white CleanSpace vapor barrier.
