To fix all three issues, and to set this crawl space up for a long, dry future, we encapsulated the space with a special system. We first waterproofed the space by installing a SmartSump sump pump and nailing our dimpled drainage membrane across the floor. After waterproofing, we then encapsulated the space with 864 sq ft of our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and 354 ft of our SilverGlo insulation. To end the project, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the newly converted space dry 24/7.
