Fallen Fiber Glass Insulation
Here you can see all the fallen fiberglass on this crawl spaces floor, rendering it useless.
Rotting Crawl Space Joist
When wood soaks up moisture in a crawl space, it becomes weak and bendy.
Wet Crawl Space Floor
Here you can see a tiny wet puddle in the lowest part of the existing crawl space floor.
Moisture Barrier Provides Protection
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier blocks out moisture, bugs, dirt, and other threats.
Insulated Crawl Space
It may be hard to tell, but we installed our SilverGlo insulation panels all along the crawl space walls. We then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier halfway over top of the insulation panels. Our insulation panels have an R rating of 11, which will help these homeowners save big on their energy bills.
Crawl Space Ground Water Leaks
We installed a SmartSump sump pump in this crawl space to make sure there are no ground water leaks that could disrupt the encapsulation. We also installed our Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier, which allows us to completely seal the crawl space from the outside air.
Crawl Space Winterization
Our white IceGuard outlet, (at the base of the foundation) will allow water to overflow from the discharge line if it were ever to freeze underground. You may also notice that we covered the vent with our EverLast vent cover. After encapsulating & installing our dehumidifier, we recommend sealing the vents entirely to keep cold air out in the winter/fall and wet air out in the summer/spring.
Crawl Space Door
This is our EverLast crawl space door. It is super durable and has weather stripping to seal air out.
