Leaky Basement
Our Inspector took this photo upon the initial inspection. The basement coves had obvious signs of moisture intrusions, as evidence by the white efflorescence stains near the bottom of the block walls.

Our WaterGuard subfloor drains are almost completely concealed except for the wall flange.
WaterGuard Wall Flange
This gives a better idea at the size of the wall flange, which is just big enough to drain water from the walls, while also being just small enough so dirt and debris stay out.
