Our technicians must first prep the area for the installation of the drainage system and the sump pump system by installing trenches all around the perimeter and digging a sump pit. After the trenches are dug, we then drill weeping holes in the trenches to the outside, which will invite outside water to the drainage system under the floor. All the buckets you see is all the broken up concrete we have to carry into out truck. During this process we make sure everything in the basement is covered in tarp and any vents are sealed to prevent dust from traveling into the upper levels of the home.
