Crawl Space Encapsulation Gone Wrong!

Our Inspector, Steve, captured this video while inspecting an "encapsulated" crawl space for a homeowner. Of course, this encapsulation project was done by another company, and they clearly didn't take the proper precautions. Watch as frogs swim around in this flooded crawl space video!
