Walt was very thorough, professional and friendly. My wife and I felt confident in what he was explaining to us was accurate and based on experience. Never felt pressured and he helped us by getting the job on the schedule to be completed by mid-August.
Tyler V, Brian, Joe, and Austin were very polite, friendly, and thorough in working in our house for two days. They were on time, professional, and skilled at what they did. Tyler and Brian took the time to answer all of my questions and explain various specifics of the job.
What made you choose our company:
The first thing that put you on our list was my wife worked with the son of the owner. We called three companies after lunch on a Tuesday. Your office called back the next morning and the salesman/investigator came to the house Thursday. One company never called back and the other company took five days to call back. We were totally impressed with your salesman, Walt, who explained everything, got "down and dirty" in the basement with me investigating our problem, and answered all of our questions. While he was at our house for 90 minutes, there never was a "hard sell." The price and the product seemed reasonable based on checking with friends who had work done to their basements.
