Sales Process

Austin Funk came back to look at the job as it was begun. Unexpected extra window needs to be replaced as the frame was rusted out, but the job got finished in two days, as stated. Happy to know that glass block windows will be done next week. Thank you.

Our Installation Crew

As stated, we were grateful to have them all here. It was very hard work.

The Cleanup Process

They all tried to keep things as neat as possible, but it is a dirty job!

What made you choose our company:

We have been under contract with Basement Doctor for our basement since before it was bought by them. Our initial work was done by J & D Basement from Columbus, long ago. The follow through has always been good with Basement Doctor, when we needed to get a repair under warranty or a sump pump replaced. We expect the same will be true of all the work currently in process. Glad to have the guarantee. It is great peace of mind. Thank you.
