Call representative was very kind and very helpful.
Salesperson didn't make you feel like you were being forced into purchasing something you didn't want. He was a nice guy and super easy to communicate with. I felt like he made every step of the process very clear.
Arrived on time and completed in time frame we were given.

From the first call to the point of installation, everything was fantastic. The plan was described clearly up front, all information that we received was accurate, and timeline was followed exactly. I called multiple other companies that either didn't show up for the free inspection or never returned my phone calls. I did not have a single issue with Basement Doctors, which made it very clear and obvious that they are the best company to go with.
