This garage lintel in Ft Mitchell, Kentucky, was cracking, causing the homeowner to become anxious. We told them we could relieve their anxiety by repairing their lintel with a proper repair. The lintel is the structural element around a garage door that can sometimes droop and crack overtime. This is especially true for two car garages, like this case. After we lifted and stabilized the lintel with steel reinforcement, we then concealed the steel frame with a fresh white trim. The homeowner was very happy with the outcome.
