Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Maineville, Ohio

This crawl space in Maineville, OH, needed encapsulating in order to protect the home from excess moisture damage. We started by clearing the space of all debris including musty fiberglass insulation. We then waterproofed the space with perforated drainage tile, a SmartSump sump pump, and dimpled drainage matting all over the floor. We then insulated the space by wrapping the walls with SilverGlo insulation panels. Lastly, we encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and then installed our SaniDry sedona dehumidification system to keep the space conditioned.
