French Drains in Hamilton, OH
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains sit beneath the floor. They were installed around the entire perimeter of the basement to make for a full proof system. These drains have little exposed wall flanges that allow us to tuck the vapor barrier behind them. This design allows us to effectively drain wall leaks down to the subfloor system. Once all the drains were pitched and fitted, we then covered them with gravel and a top layer of concrete to conceal them.
