For this basement waterproofing project in Peebles, OH, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system along the foundation walls to capture incoming groundwater and direct it safely away. The system is tied into two SuperSump pump systems, each with an UltraSump battery backup for reliable protection even during power outages. This photo shows the first SuperSump we installed for this waterproofing system. The SuperSump has a 1/3 HP Zoeller cast-iron pump insides its liner. It also has an airtight lid, an airtight floor drain, and an alarm system. Each SuperSump was upgraded with an UltraSump battery backup, adding a second pump that automatically runs on battery power during outages to keep the basement dry.
