This wet crawl space in Monroe, OH, was giving off musty smells to the family living above. To fix this problem, we encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace system. We started by waterproofing the space with our SmartSump system. We then installed our dimpled membrane across the floor to help channel water to the sump pump, and to provide some added comfort to the CleanSpace vapor barrier we later installed over the floor. We then wrapped the walls with our CleanSpace and our SilverGlo insulation panels. We topped the project off by spraying foam insulation in the rim joists and hooking up our patented SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The result is a new space that is ready for the long future.
