This owners of this wet basement in Blanchester, OH, needed a waterproofing company to come out and repair their waterproofing system once and for all. You see, when this foundation was poured when the house was first built, their was drainage tile also installed alongside the footer. However, overtime this drainage tile clogged because it sat in the outside mud. Instead of having a waterproofing company excavate around their entire foundation in order to repair the outside drainage tile, the homeowners opted for the less invasives option, our interior system. Not only is our system easier to install, it is also less likely to clog because our WaterGuard subfloor drains sit on top of the footer of the home, outside of the "mudzone."
