This basement was struggling with pressure from saturated soil pushing in on the foundation, causing cracks and leaks. We installed our WaterGuard subfloor drains around the perimeter to channel water away from the foundation. Upgraded the old sump pump to our sealed SuperSump system for better moisture control. Added BrightWall panels with a built-in vapor barrier to keep walls dry by directing leaks into the drainage system. Stabilized the bowing walls using heavy-duty PowerBraces designed to support and gradually straighten the foundation.
