This basement had hydrostatic pressure pressing against their basement floor and walls. Unfortunately, this house was at the bottom of a hill, allowing a path for rain water to lead to. We told them about how our system relieves the pressure by inviting water to our WaterGuard drains we install under the floor around the perimeter of the basement. They were appreciative of our Inspectors attention to detail and were convinced that we were the right company to fix their leaky basement. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which contains a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a third battery backed UltraSump. Even though this basement had tons of water built up, the TripleSafe will easily discharge water far away from the home and keep this basement dry, allowing the homeowner to refinish their basement if they so please.
