Photo Album: Basement Waterproofed in Liberty Township, Ohio

This basement had potential... But it first needed a trustworthy waterproofing system. A sure handed waterproofing system will allow this homeowner to put some carpet and add some other finishing touches to the basement without having to worry about potential water damage. For this leaky basement, we installed our full waterproofing system and added our Foamax insulation panels on all the walls to keep this basement warm and dry! Foamax Insulation Panels

These panels have great insulation properties and are fitted with the subfloor drains. All the water that drips on the vapor proof side of the insulation will fall right down into the drainage system. These panels also look great and can be left as they are.

A Waterproofed Basement

Now that this basement is waterproofed, the owners can install some carpet without having to worry about mold.

Sump Pump System

This sump is clean, neat, and can have items stacked on top of it. It is hooked up to the beneath-the-floor drainage system that we concealed underneath the curing concrete.
