Photo Album: Waterproofing a Home in Montgomery, OH

This home in Montgomery, OH, had a leaky spot in the basement, so the homeowner wanted us to install a partial system to help the basement stay dry. We used our interior subfloor drains, a sump pump, and a discharge line to complete the job. A partial system (a drainage system that only covers a part of the basement) is a great option for homeowners who feel a full waterproofing system is unnecessary for their situation. Also, if the homeowner ever decides they want a full system in the future, we will have already completed half the work.
