Julie

Julie is the Account Manager and one of our skilled Appointment Schedulers at The Basement Doctor, having joined the team in January 2022. She previously spent 10 years in customer service at an HVAC company, bringing valuable experience that benefits both our team and our customers.

On a typical day, Julie answers calls, schedules estimates, and follows up with customers to help them move forward with their projects. She enjoys her work, but her favorite part is connecting with coworkers and customers.

Outside of work, Julie can be found cheering on her kids at sporting events and spending time with friends.
