Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CleanSpace Encapsulation Project in Goshen, OH
We installed a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, SaniDry Sedona, SmartJack Floor Support System, and CleanSpace Encapsulation to address crawl space issues.
The SmartSump system includes a WaterWatch Alarm and Airtight Lid, keeping the crawl space dry by pumping out water and preventing debris. The SaniDry Sedona reduces humidity and filters air, improving air quality and comfort.
SmartJack supports sagging floors, using adjustable steel piers to lift and stabilize them. The CleanSpace Liner creates a moisture-proof barrier, keeping the crawl space dry and bright.

The SmartJack Floor Supports are used to support the floor joists above the crawl space.
The SaniDry Sedona and SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System
The SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System and the SaniDry Sedona are used to pump the water out of the crawl space and control the humidity.

The vapor barrier will protect the wood in this crawl space from rot.
