Free Basement Inspection in Cincinnati, OH
This photo was taken upon the initial visit. It may be hard to tell from the photo, but the drywall was bubbling and the wall was leaning in from the top. Poured foundation walls, like this one, often reveal signs of lateral movement by leaning in at the top.

Bowing Wall Inspection in Cincinnati, OH
This back wall was leaning in at the top as well.

Steel Beam Wall Braces in Cincinnati, OH

PowerBrace System in Cincinnati, OH
From this photo, you can see the specially designed brackets the PowerBraces contain at the top, connecting them to the floor joists. These brackets allow us to tighten the braces while preventing damage to the floor joists. By tightening the braces, we can try and straighten the wall back out over time.

Old Sump Pump in Cincinnati, OH
This old sump pump was part of the homeowners exterior french drain system put in place when the home was first built. Exterior systems often fail due to clogging by high pressure and mud. They also can't be serviced without digging around the outside of your home, unlike our patented interior system.

New Sump Pump in Cincinnati, OH
This SuperSump system was attached with a battery backup system, which will provide power if the power goes out. It also comes with an airtight lid, an alarm system, and a nifty airtight floor drain.

Foundation Waterproofing in Cincinnati, OH
The panels we installed along the walls are made of antimicrobial material, are rigid, and will help drain wall leaks down to the subfloor drainage system. Here is Rodolfo giving a thumbs up as he is finishing the floating on the newly poured concrete to conceal the subfloor drainage system.
