This Maysville home was dealing with a damp, musty crawl space—so we sealed and protected it with a full CleanSpace® encapsulation system. The durable vapor barrier isolates the crawl space from the earth, preventing moisture, mold, and odors. To manage humidity levels and improve air quality, we installed a powerful, energy-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also added a SmartSump® system to remove any water that might enter, offering reliable protection with a built-in alarm for peace of mind. The result: a cleaner, drier, and healthier environment beneath the home.
