A Basement Doctor Halloween

October 30, 2020, was a time of celebration at the Basement Doctor of Cincinnati! We had a huge Halloween breakfast for our crew, allowed the office staff to wear costumes, and brought treats! This is the sort of company culture we want to create - one where we work hard and play hard!

Costumes:

You can see the joy in the eyes of these ladies as they wear these Halloween headbands with pride. Diana (left) was provided with a witch hat against her will, which she begrudgingly agreed to wear for this photo. Carol and Theresa (center left and right) brought their own headbands from home because they were in the Halloween spirit. Lisa (right) selected this headband from a variety of options provided by her co-worker (who was a little bit too into Halloween and bought headbands for the whole office). More pictures of the staff in their costumes can be seen on our Facebook page.

Breakfast:

We provided a giant Halloween breakfast for our crew - complete with bacon, eggs, sausage, egg casserole, sausage gravy, danishes, doughnuts, coffee, and candy! We want to make sure that we are showing appreciation for the crews that keep our business going every day - and food is a great way to do so! The guys loved it and went out to work that day with a bit more Halloween cheer than they had before.

Treats:

Some of our office staff brought in treats to share with the rest of the office - including cookies, candy, and brownies! Below is a picture of some spooktacular brownies that a member of our office staff baked for the crew and staff.

Conclusion:

Here at The Basement Doctor, we go hard for the holidays - because we don't just want to create an average work environment, but one where people get excited, have fun, and make friends and memories. That's why we're known best for being better - not just for our customers but for our staff as well!
