Construction Foreman

As a Construction Foreman for The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high-quality foundation repair products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowners’ lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. No experience is necessary; we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

·         Hourly Pay + Bonus Opportunity, ranging from $50,000 to 80,000 annually.

     o   Pay range is dependent on your ability

·         Travel per diem/paid hotel room when travel. (Travel does not happen often)

So you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you.

·         Preferably, a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

·         Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.

·         Ability to travel occasionally

·         Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
