The CCA is dedicated to identifying and promoting businesses that exemplify superior customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Our goal is to recognize and nurture business excellence through customer service reviews and recommendations for the benefit of local enterprises and the customers they serve.
The CCA covers a range of industry categories that are of interest to the public and business community. Businesses fall under one of two industry sectors; Business to Consumer and Business to Business Services. Award recipients are determined through customer service ratings as a result of a three phase process;
1. Nominations: Consumers are invited to cast their ballot for their favorite businesses based on service, value, professionalism and any other criteria they deem important in their consideration.
2. Voting Survey: The CCA commissions an independent polling firm to conduct a yearly open ended local survey. Respondents (B2C and B2B) may select a company from the nomination ballot or select another business not on the ballot.
3. Ethics Review: The CCA employs a national business law firm to review all top voted companies to ensure they are in good standing with business regulatory agencies. Businesses revealed to have unresolved issues are decided upon by an independent advisory panel.
At minimum, one winner is declared per industry category through these customer service reviews. When survey results warrant, up to three award recipients may be identified per category.
