This customer in Mason, OH, wanted a bigger window that would allow for an emergency exit if needed be. The homeowners just placed a bedroom in their basement, and in order for someone to live in that room, there needed to be an egress window that would allow for an exit. This front porch along with the rest of the driveway and sidewalk had sunken into the ground. The homeowner did not want this beautiful concrete to crack from sinking too far, so we set out to fix it. We injected the driveway, front porch step, and the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam. Using a calculated amount, we were able to raise everything back to where it was original set.

A homeowner in Mason, Ohio, contacted us while planning to finish their basement into livable space. The project included two new bedrooms, which by building code require egress windows for safety and proper emergency exits.
Our team installed two 4x4-foot egress windows, each paired with a Rockwell Egress Well. Rockwell wells are designed with both function and style in mind. They are built from durable, one-piece fiberglass that won’t rust, rot, or collapse like traditional steel or wood wells often do. Their stone-textured design blends naturally with the exterior of the home, while the wide steps provide a safe, easy exit path in case of an emergency.
The two attached photos show the separate installations—you can tell them apart by looking at the floor joists above each window. By adding these egress windows, the homeowner not only brought their basement up to code but also introduced more natural light and fresh air into the new bedrooms.
With these upgrades, the basement is ready to be transformed into safe, comfortable living space for the family.
A homeowner in Mason, Ohio, reached out to us after noticing a growing gap between their chimney and the house. The chimney had begun to pull away from the structure — a classic sign of foundation settlement. Left unaddressed, this could lead to serious structural issues or even a collapse.
After a thorough inspection, we confirmed that the chimney’s foundation had settled over time, likely due to shifting soil conditions beneath it. To permanently stabilize it, our team installed helical piers — deep foundation elements that anchor into stable soil and lift the structure back into place.
Once in place, the helical piers effectively transferred the weight of the chimney to load-bearing strata far below the surface, stopping further movement. The gap was closed, the chimney stabilized, and the homeowner finally had peace of mind knowing the problem was solved at the root.
